Tree & Shrub Replacement Policy
Stanley's is committed to providing the highest quality plants and service. If you are experiencing problems with a Stanley's tree or shrub purchase, we encourage you to contact our staff with your concerns: in person or by calling 865-573-9591. We will evaluate your tree or shrub and provide suggestions to improve its health.
If you are not satisfied with a tree or shrub purchase, please bring this to our attention under the following guidelines:
- In order to receive credit for a tree or shrub purchase, all returns and exchanges must be accompanied by the original receipt or invoiceand completed within 60 days for full credit, or up to a year for half credit.
- We will not provide a cash refund, but will be pleased to give you store credit that can be used for any greenhouse purchase, or a no-expiration-date gift certificate that can be used at a later date.
- This guarantee is for a one-time replacement. Our trees and shrubs are guaranteed to be healthy. If a problem persists it usually indicates something is wrong with the site, planting, or care.
- There are no guarantees and no returns on discounted trees and shrubs, with the exception of our Annual Anniversary sale items.
