The Stanley-Davenport Family has been living and farming on the same land for 200 years. In his heydey, family patriarch Henry Campbell Davenport (1832-1905) amassed 250 acres of land just south of Downtown Knoxville, across the Tennessee River. Henry’s granddaughter Mae married Bruce Stanley and their son Charles (1920-2018) founded Stanley’s Greenhouse in 1955.
