Tips for Fall Vegetable Gardening With John Tullock

  • Stanley's Greenhouse 3029 Davenport Rd Knoxville, TN, 37920 United States (map)

We are so pleased to announce that our friend, local author, and gardening expert John Tullock will be leading a Fall Vegetable Gardening seminar here at Stanley’s on Saturday, September 9, from 10:30 a.m. After John’s informal talk, he will be pleased to answer your gardening questions.

John has written more than 15 how-to books about edible gardening and sustainable living. John is an avid gardener, and has literally “written the book” on the subject of growing your own food with his recent books: “Vegetable Gardening” (2015), “Seed to Supper” (2016), and “Grow Food at Home: Simple Methods for Small Spaces” (2020). In 2006, the American Horticultural Society honored his “Growing Hardy Orchids” with an AHS Book Award.

If you are interested in buying one or more of John’s books, you can order them at Amazon or locally from Union Avenue Books at the following link:

This seminar is free and open to the public with no registration required. If you have questions about our events, please give us a call at 865-573-9591.
