Trees & Shrubs Return Policy
Stanley's is committed to providing the highest quality plants, gardening products, and service. If you are experiencing problems with a Stanley's plant, tree, or shrub purchase, we encourage you to contact our staff with your concerns: in person, by calling 865-573-9591, or by sending an email to treesandshrubs@stanleysgreenhouse.com. We will evaluate your plant, tree, or shrub and provide suggestions to improve its health. Our tree and shrub return policy is as follows.

If you are not satisfied with a tree or shrub purchase, please bring this to our attention as soon as possible by (1) visiting the greenhouse, (2) giving us a call at 865-573-9591, or (3) sending us an email at info@stanleysgreenhouse.com. We will be happy to help troubleshoot a tree and shrub problem before it becomes irreversible and advise you on the best way to stabilize and care for your tree or shrub.
In order to receive 50 percent credit for replacement of a tree or shrub purchase, returns and exchanges must be (1) made within a year of the purchase date and (2) accompanied by the original receipt or invoice.
We will not provide a cash refund, but will be pleased to give a store credit that can be used for any greenhouse purchase or a no-expiration-date gift certificate that can be used at a later date.
There are no guarantees and no returns on discounted trees and shrubs.
